How KhidMat works

From choosing a service to paying after the work is done, here is what happens at every step.

    Choose a service

    Pick what you need from the catalog. The price is shown before you book.

  2. 2

    Pick a time and place

    Choose your address and a time slot. We assign a technician near you.

  3. 3

    Share your start code

    When the technician arrives, give them the 4-digit code from your booking so the job can start.

  4. 4

    Approve any extra work

    If the technician finds more work, they send a quote you can approve or decline. Nothing is added without your yes.

  5. 5

    Pay and review

    Pay online, from your wallet, or by UPI QR after the service. Then rate your visit.
