If the same problem comes back or the work was not done properly, open the booking in the KhidMat app and raise a warranty claim. Add photos if you can, as they help us review it faster.

Our team reviews each claim and arranges a fix or a resolution. Parts supplied by KhidMat may carry a longer warranty, which is shown on your quote.
